Backstory: A helper, go-getter, and a little mischievous, Sihara is your non-rebellious teenager...for the most part. Of course, a female like this has to have an upbringing.
For her early years, Sihara was raised and born in the south, in a city that recently had a nuclear reactor meltdown, which caused the city to raise a barrier to protect the citizens from reactions. Of course, some people were affected, such as newborns and people who dared to go outside the dome and explore the quarantined site. One of these people was Sihara, who, at age 7, went with a friend to see it and write a report for second grade just to impress their teacher.
Sadly, her friend suffered severe damage and was bedridden, while she got the better half, the nuclear reaction abilities. That turned out to be regretful, as it actually meant her friend would get prosthetic legs in the future while Sihara was doomed to accidentally poisoning people whenever she thought of something she hated.
After a while, she thankfully figured it out before killing anyone (she had only poisoned them bad enough to make them sick, thankfully.) and decided to use this ability to fight and leave the city. The ability had turned into the ability to make weapons out of poison as long as there was liquid nearby or in her system, and was a help.
